From summer camp to a first paycheck
Summer camps, secondary transition, first jobs, and youth entrepreneurship in one bundle. We work with learners roughly 14 to 22, the families beside them, and the schools and vocational rehabilitation agencies that fund the services. The through-line is a young person who can name what they need, ask for it, and keep their benefits intact while they earn.

AI Summer Camps & Year-Round Programs
Job-exploration counseling and instruction in self-advocacy delivered as a project cohort, with accommodation planning built into the schedule rather than added after.
First Job Readiness
Work-based learning experiences and workplace readiness training, including the disclosure decision and how to ask for an accommodation before a problem appears.
Youth Entrepreneurship
Self-employment as a real transition outcome, modeled with the SSI earned-income rules and the ABLE and PASS shelters that keep a first venture from costing a benefit check.
Self-Advocacy & Family Partnership
Instruction in self-advocacy including peer mentoring, paired with the family-facing side so a request drafted at school survives the move to campus or a workplace.
How to engage
3 levelsMost organizations start at Level 1 and use the open tools with a handful of students before deciding whether to fund a cohort. There is no requirement to move up a level.
