Burhan Ogut, PhD
Dr. Ogut, co-founder and CEO of the Inclusive AI Institute, is a visionary leader in the fields of AI and data science. He has dedicated his career to leveraging data analytics and machine learning to address educational challenges across all levels. His research focuses on accessibility, academic readiness, and transitions from secondary to higher education and employment.
He has led multidisciplinary teams evaluating online learning programs, enhanced digital assessments through universal design, and improved STEM outcomes for students of color. Dr. Ogut secures funding from prestigious institutions like the Institute of Education Sciences and National Center for Education Statistics. As CEO, he drives efforts to create AI solutions empowering educators and service providers while bridging educational practices with technology potential.

Ruhan Circi, PhD
Dr. Circi, co-founder and Chief Academic Officer of the Inclusive AI Institute, is renowned for her expertise in artificial intelligence and data science. She serves as a faculty member at Northwestern University leading innovative AI and data science curriculum development for dual degree programs.
Her work integrates technical and ethical dimensions of AI. She specializes in quantitative analysis and data visualization, designing educational tools accommodating diverse learning styles. At the institute, she develops adaptive learning platforms emphasizing personalized experiences and removing barriers for underrepresented communities in tech.

Prof. Okan Bulut
Prof. Bulut's research combines AI, educational data mining, and learning analytics. He develops AI-driven systems that leverage natural language processing to dynamically adapt to individual learning preferences. His published work appears in Educational and Psychological Measurement, Review of Educational Research, and Computers & Education: Artificial Intelligence. He teaches computational psychometrics, machine learning, and statistical modeling, and develops workshops and online courses on data mining, big data modeling, visualization, and statistical analysis.

Assoc. Prof. Ferhat Ay
Assoc. Prof. Ay works at the forefront of computational and statistical modeling in genetics. He focuses on understanding genetic and epigenetic foundations of gene regulation in systemic, infectious, and immune-related diseases. He employs systematic and unbiased approaches to hypothesize and test theories within human genetics, and has pioneered computational methods integrating statistics, graph theory, data mining, and machine learning for large-scale genomic datasets. Affiliations include the Center for Autoimmunity and Inflammation, Center for Cancer Immunotherapy, and Center for Sex-based Differences in the Immune System.

Dr. Alper Yaman
Dr. Yaman, Senior Research Expert in the Department of Cyber Cognitive Intelligence, focuses on innovative applications of computer vision and artificial intelligence across multiple domains. His work spans data-efficient AI, physics-informed AI, generative AI, and reinforcement learning applied to automation, robotics, and medical technologies. From 2015 to 2018 he was Assistant Professor at Yeditepe University, teaching medical robotics, biomechanics, biomedical sensors, MRI, and dynamic systems modeling. He brings five years of private-sector R&D and software development experience.
