Mentorship pairings

State teams are paired with a "senior" state that has already implemented what the newer state is exploring. Nebraska pairs with a state adopting ABLE match. Massachusetts pairs with a state pursuing 7% state-employer goal. Kentucky pairs with a state rolling out RETAIN.

Active pairings
  • Maryland → Nebraska · ABLE employer match design
  • Ohio → Kentucky · RETAIN coordinator rollout
  • Illinois → Massachusetts · Mental Health Employer Standards
  • Virginia → Delaware · State-as-Employer scorecard

Virtual exchanges

Two virtual exchanges per year. Real-time captioning. ASL interpretation. Recorded and archived in the Community of Practice resource library. State teams present their work; peers ask questions; SME synthesizes shared takeaways.
